Beginning in June, enjoy the freshest catches from both coasts on Wednesdays all Summer long!  Specials will include shrimp cocktail, an oyster tasting plate, a seafood soup du jour, and, for main courses, a seafood salad and a featured fish that will be flown in from Hawaii next day via Fedex!  Each Wednesday, check out the "Today's Specials" feature in the right column for more detail!

Chef Chris Pope has once again welcomed a new season with new menus!  The Spring menus are all out now at Zinc - dinner, lunch, Sunday brunch and dessert.  The signature dishes are all still there - Tenderloin of Beef, Steamed Mussels, Duck Eggrolls - but with fresh, new items mixed in as well.  Salad of Fuji Apples and D'ffinois Cheese, Veal Scallopine & Four Cheese Tortellini, , Pan Seared Crab Cake, and White Chocolate 'Cappuccino' ice cream Torte are just a few of the new hits.  Click on Menus to have a better look!

The Zinc Fixed Price Menu is available Monday through Saturday for guests seated between 5 and 6:30pm, or from 8:30pm – close.
